Return Policy

We understand that some monitors and video cards may not display our colors and yarn textures the same.

Products must be shipped back to Maple Creek Farm within 10 calendar days from date of receipt, if you are not satisfied with the color or texture of yarn. All returns must have a verifiable delivery receipt.

Refunds will be returned within 14 days provide the yarns are returned in the original condition. Credit card purchase will be returned though your original credit card.
